The second half ebbed and flowed, but Wolves victory never seemed in doubt and in the end it was a comfortable finish for Mick McCarthy’s men. A positive start to the campaign for Wolves, but Martin Jol knows much work is needed to strike a balance between their form in Europe and their domestic campaign.
